Since 2003, DDC has been helping landowners unlock the development potential of their land. We are a consultant specialising in dealing with strategic land holdings and urban extensions, serving both private land owners and public sector clients.

Founded on a passion for creating places with purpose, we combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Whether it’s securing planning permission or the acquisition/disposal of land, we bring together the right people, processes, and partnerships to get the job done – efficiently and effectively.

We are based in Yorkshire and project manage a number of large strategic land holdings located in the region including City Fields (Wakefield) and Hatfield Lane (Doncaster). We also undertake high end projects throughout the UK, taking on unique commissions throughout central London.
